Introduction

The purpose of this talk is to feature the vision of “B4P”, “Business for Peace” that management education aims for within the new stakeholder management paradigm and to explore the opportunity that business schools in East Asia can lead the new paradigm of Responsible Management Education by developing meaningful B4P business cases in the region based on the Asian wisdom traditions. It introduces the meaning of spiritual dimension in management education from the perspective of Pope Francis' 'ecological conversion'. The case studies of the Kaesong Industrial Complex in Korea and the Greater Bay Area Initiative in China will highlight key elements of B4P.
