This exhibition focuses on the activities of Jesuit missionaries in the Qing Dynasty court during the 18th century. Centered around the Acta Pekinensia series, it will showcase a replica of Gabriel de Magalhães' Map of Beijing, a replica of the Kangxi Atlas (Huangyu Quanlan Tu), and thirty-five replicas of the Provincial Maps from the Kangxi Atlas (Huangyu Quanlan Fensheng Tu). These exhibits reveal strategies of communication and cultural adaptation against the backdrop of early globalization, demonstrating transcultural dialogue between China and the West in religion, science, diplomacy, and daily life. Together, they present this "codebook of communication" that bridged cultural divides.

本次展覽聚焦 18 世紀耶穌會傳教士在清朝宮廷的活動，活動將以《Acta Pekinensia》（《北京大事紀》）系列叢書為核心，展出《安文思北京地圖》 (複製本)、《康熙皇輿全覽圖》 (複製本)、以及三十五幅《皇輿全覽分省圖 》 (複製本) ，揭示早期全球化背景下的溝通策略與文化適應，展現中西方在宗教、科學、外交與日常生活中的跨文化對話。呈現這份跨越文化鴻溝的 “溝通密碼本” 。
